April 25: Emerging — The active crossing. Breaking through when nothing has landed yet. Somatic anchoring practices for nervous system regulation / Breathwork for grounding and stability / Body mapping / Sensory grounding techniques / Closing ritual
May 16: Blooming — Full spring. Radiant, unguarded, take-up-space blooming. Somatic practices for expansion and full aliveness / Breathwork for joy and vitality / Divination for pleasure, joy, and sovereignty / Closing ceremony
